By creating an account or using Tiny Scholars Club, you agree to these Terms of Service. Tiny Scholars Club is an interactive learning app designed for toddlers and preschoolers (ages 2–5) to be used together with a parent or guardian. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
Who may use the app
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to create an account, since accounts are managed by a parent or guardian.
- Children use the app under a parent's account; they do not create their own accounts.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
- Tiny Scholars Club offers a subscription with a 5-day free trial, followed by a recurring monthly charge, billed through Base44 Payments.
- You may cancel at any time. If you cancel during the trial, no charge is applied. After the trial, cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
- Access to learning modules is tied to an active subscription; if a subscription ends, premium features are paused until it is renewed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials or resell access to the app.
- Attempt to access another user's data without permission.
- Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers, integrations, or features.
Your content & integrations
- You may connect Google Calendar and Gmail to schedule study sessions and receive progress emails. You authorize these integrations yourself and can revoke them at any time from your Google account settings.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any optional details you provide, such as a child's name used in session labels.
Intellectual property
Tiny Scholars Club, its content, lessons, artwork, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app's content without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" for educational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, and the app is not a substitute for professional educational or developmental guidance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Scholars Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
