Our promise to families
Tiny Scholars Club is built for toddlers and preschoolers, and we take the responsibility of protecting children's information seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices parents have. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not show ads to children.
Information we collect
- Parent account information: the email address you sign up with, used to create your account and send you progress updates.
- Child learning activity: which topics your child completes, the badges and stars earned, daily streaks, and the time spent on each lesson. This is tied to your parent account, not to a separate child profile.
- Study schedules: the recurring study sessions you choose to add to your Google Calendar, including topic, day, time, and an optional child name.
- Billing information: handled entirely by our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix). We never see or store your card details.
How we use information
- To show your child's progress, badges, and streaks inside the app.
- To email you weekly progress summaries and on-demand progress reports.
- To create calendar reminders for the study sessions you schedule.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the app's features.
Children's data & COPPA
Tiny Scholars Club is designed for children ages 2–5 and is used together with a parent. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All account and learning data is associated with the parent's account. A child does not create their own account, log in, or provide any personal details. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Third-party services
We use trusted services to run the app, and each one has its own privacy practices:
- Google Calendar & Gmail — used only when you schedule a study session or receive progress emails, and only with the access you authorize.
- Base44 Payments / Wix — processes subscription payments and manages your trial and billing status.
Data storage & retention
Your information is stored securely on the platform's servers. Learning activity is kept for as long as your account is active so you can track progress over time. When you delete your account (available from the Parent Dashboard), your child's learning history and schedule data are removed.
Your rights & choices
- Access & review: view your child's activity any time in the Parent Dashboard.
- Email summaries: triggered only when you request them or via the weekly summary you can control.
- Delete your data: use "Delete account" in the Parent Dashboard to permanently remove your account and associated learning data.
- Disconnect integrations: you can revoke Google Calendar or Gmail access at any time from your Google account settings.
